50 More Vegetarian Main Dishes for Thanksgiving

50 Vegetarian Main Dishes for Thanksgiving
Last year I posted 40 vegetarian main dishes for Thanksgiving and people found it pretty useful. So I thought I’d do it again. Except this time, there are 50 recipes! Oh, and I threw in some bonus gravy recipes too because mashed potatoes should never be eaten without gravy. Now all of your vegetarian Thanksgiving needs are covered, right?

The nice thing about doing an actual recipe for Thanksgiving instead of buying a faux turkey (or carefully carving a piece of tofu into the shape of a turkey) is that these are all things that your meat-eating family and friends can enjoy as side dishes too. After all, isn’t Thanksgiving about sharing a meal? And not everyone making fun of the faux turkey you’re eating?

Definitely will be going through this list for some holiday ideas. I’m tired of the standard veggies that my family does. thanks for putting this list together!

Love seeing these lists, and there are a lot of new-to-me recipes on this one! Now I’m jealous that you guys still get to plan and celebrate Thanksgiving…although I guess Christmas will be here before we know it!

Yes, these do work for Christmas too! We usually eat the same types of things for both holidays–I was trying to think of unique Christmas foods a few days ago and the only thing I could come up with was cookies!
