    At first I thought it was stuffed tomatoes but when I looked closely I was amazed. It’s very creative. I remember at school in cooking classes I learned how to make stuffed vegetables but it was mainstream, gratin and potatoes or tomatoes. Here in Mauritius we don’t get small pumpkins like you have used. By the way I don’t eat mushroom, what would you recommend as substitute? Your blog is very lively and inspiring. What’s most interesting and eye-catching is that your blog has varieties from drinks, sweets, snacks. Your blog is a total package 🙂
