Instant Pot Vortex Plus 6-Quart Air Fryer

Emeril Lagasse 26-Quart French Door Air Fryer Oven
If you'd rather have one appliance than three, this countertop oven combines an air fryer, toaster oven, and more with dozens of cooking presets. The big 26-quart capacity and French doors make it great for sheet-pan dinners and baking.
KitchenAid 5.5-Quart Bowl-Lift Stand Mixer
A stand mixer is the ultimate baking upgrade. This bowl-lift model has 11 speeds and comes with a flat beater, dough hook, and wire whip, so it's ready for bread dough, cookie batches, and whipped cream right out of the box.

How to Shop Prime Day Kitchen Deals
Make a wish list before the sale starts. Add the appliances you want to an Amazon list a week or two ahead. When Prime Day arrives, you can check your list instead of scrolling through thousands of deals, and you'll see right away which items have dropped in price.
Check the model number. Brands often sell several near-identical versions of the same appliance, and the one on sale may be an older model, a smaller size, or a different color than the one you had in mind. Compare model numbers and capacities (a 6-quart pressure cooker vs. an 8-quart, for example) before you add to cart.
Know a good price when you see it. A "list price" isn't always what an item normally sells for. If you've been watching something for a while, you'll know whether the Prime Day price is a real deal. Big-ticket items like espresso machines, stand mixers, and cookware sets tend to see the most meaningful discounts.
Watch for limited-time deals. Some of the best prices are lightning-style deals that only last a few hours or until they sell out. If something on your list is a must-have, it's worth checking back a couple of times during the event.
Buy for how you really cook. The best deal is on a tool you'll use every week. If you make a pot of beans or chili most weekends, a pressure cooker or slow cooker will pay for itself fast. If you bake bread or cookies often, a stand mixer is the upgrade that will change your routine. Skip the gadget that will live in the back of the cabinet.
Put Your New Kitchen Gear to Work
Once your new appliances arrive, break them in with a few of our favorite vegetarian recipes. A slow cooker is perfect for a pot of Vegetarian Slow Cooker Pumpkin Chili or Healthy Slow Cooker Vegetarian Gumbo, and a food processor makes quick work of 10-Minute Pumpkin Hummus. If you're bringing home an espresso machine, you'll want to try The Best Homemade Tiramisu.
