These look great! One of my favorite tacos ever, was one I put together last spring with some leftover Preserved Lemon Lentil Salad, and some roasted red peppers with capers. These were some dishes I had put together for our cousins "porch party" at the last family reunion. Top the tacos with sour cream or labne, green onions and/or cilantro...It was very, very tasty. I will have to make some more preserved lemons to keep making the salad!
