This easy vegan fudge is rich, creamy, and only requires four simple ingredients to throw together. This sweet, plant based treat is perfect for sharing. That is, if you don't eat it all yourself!
For some reason, I thought that dairy free fudge would be really difficult to create. However, it couldn’t be much easier than this recipe.
So if you need a go-to sweet treat that doesn’t require hours of preparation, I suggest you give this vegan fudge a try.
What’s great about this fudge is that you only need 4 ingredients, and that’s if we count the nuts, which you can leave out. The resulting fudge is quite soft and chewy, as opposed to the crumblier type.
And it is so good, it was difficult for me not to eat the entire batch by myself, hence I ended up sharing with my friends who all loved it, which means that this recipe is 100% non-vegan approved also!
You’ll love this vegan fudge because it’s…
- Incredibly tasty (and that’s certainly an understatement!)

- Gluten-free
- Oil-free
- The easiest fudge recipe that does not miss out on flavor
- A four ingredient recipe!
- Yummy as either a dessert or a snack
- Great for sharing
- Ideal for special occasions
This would also be a fantastic treat to celebrate a holiday like Valentine's Day, whether by yourself or with a significant other, and for other special occasions too!
How to Make Vegan Fudge
- Start by mixing together the sugar and the milk in a non-stick frying pan or saucepan. Bring to a simmer on a low heat and stir for around thirty seconds to a minute. It is very important not to overheat it, so once the sugar has melted, quickly remove it from the heat.
- Stir in the peanut butter and the chopped nuts.
- Pour into a loaf tin lined with parchment paper.
- Leave in the fridge for 4-5 hours, ideally overnight. This vegan fudge lasts in the fridge for up to five days.
