    Winter ratatouille with polenta? And a chili polenta pie?? I’m so sold. Soon. :) I identify soups and stews with fall and winter, so I’m resisting because I cling desperately to summer. Corn and berries and watermelon! But I know in like 3 weeks I’ll be shivering when that first chill sets in, and then I’ll have these at the ready! Hope you and the kitties are well.
