Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon cream
- ยผ cup kale, chopped
- red bell pepper
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Break the eggs into a bowl, cut the yolks with a fork, and scramble them lightly.
- Melt the butter in a small pan. Once hot, pour in eggs, cream, kale, and bell pepper. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook on very low heat, turning constantly. As soon as they are cooked, serve immediately.
