    Ingredients

    • 2 eggs
    • 1 tbsp butter
    • 1 tbsp cream
    • ¼ cup kale chopped
    • red bell pepper
    • salt and pepper

    Instructions

    • Break the eggs into a bowl, cut the yolks with a fork, and scramble them lightly.
    • Melt the butter in a small pan. Once hot, pour in eggs, cream, kale, and bell pepper. Season with salt and pepper.
    • Cook on very low heat, turning constantly. As soon as they are cooked, serve immediately.
