Get your daily dose of greens with this tropical smoothie from Simple Green Smoothies.
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1 cup fresh kale
- 2 cups coconut water, unsweetened
- 1 banana
- 2 cups pineapple
- Blend spinach, kale, and coconut water together until smooth.
- Add remaining ingredients and blend again.
TIP: Use at least one frozen fruit to make the smoothie cold.
