Lasagna Style Soup

This soup is surprising! When you take a perfect bite with a little bit of everything, it’s magic. It really tastes like lasagna, but it’s made in 30 minutes with a single saucepan. The lazy cook will be delighted!

  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • Salt and pepper

  • ¼ cup Parmesan
  • Fresh parsley

Uh sorry, why do you tag this as vegetarian when you use chicken broth?

Are you guys just copying and pasting these recipes from somewhere else and not paying attention? If this is a vegetarian food blog, you shouldn’t be using chicken broth.

Yes, that’s right or the ricotta. Please give subs for both. I eat no dairy or any meat at all. Thank you so much!

My thoughts exactly! Luckily veggie broth is an easy sub, but I was disappointed to see the recipe called for chicken.

I can handle this! I’ve been saying I’m going to make lasagna for about a year, but every time I look at recipes I get overwhelmed and decide not to. This I can do!
