ingredients:

  • 2 ripe yellow mangoes (pits and skin removed)
  • ½ tsp. turmeric
  • ½-inch piece fresh ginger (peeled)
  • ½ lemon (peeled)
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tsp. bee pollen
