- 2 ripe yellow mangoes (pits and skin removed)
- ½ tsp. turmeric
- ½-inch piece fresh ginger (peeled)
- ½ lemon (peeled)
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 tsp. bee pollen
- Blend all ingredients on high until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds.
