quick-cooking oatmeal

ripe banana

hemp seeds

plain Greek yogurt

teaspoon
vanilla or almond zest
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
Mix until the texture is homogeneous.
Leave for 5 minutes.
Pour ¼ cup of the mixture in a frying pan and cook over medium heat for about 2 minutes on each side. Continue to cook pancakes until batter is gone.
Serve with berries, whipped cream, syrup, or any of your favorite toppings.
