Strawberry Mojito Popsicles

These simple Strawberry Mojito Popsicles are sweet, fruity, and refreshing. Add some rum for a boozy treat. Perfect for summer!

Ingredients

1 ½ cups strawberries, fresh, ripe, quartered
1 lime, juice and zest
¼ cup fresh mint leaves
2 tablespoon agave nectar, you may have to add more or less, depending on the sweetness of the strawberries you're using
2 oz rum, optional

Instructions

Add the strawberries, lime juice, lime zest, and mint leaves to a food processor and process until smooth.
Pour fruit mixture into popsicle molds. Freeze. Serve when frozen solid.
