Instructions
Preheat your grill to medium heat.
Cut off the top and bottom of the pineapple, remove the skin, and slice into rings.
In a small bowl, mix the meltedcoconut oil, brown sugar, cayenne, salt, and lime juice. Brush the mixture over the pineapple.
Grill for 2 to 4 minutes per side, until lightly charred and caramelized. Serve warm.
