    I just found your site a few weeks ago and already I’ve cooked up some great meals! We have recently gone back to our vegetarian roots and I’m just so excited with all the great veggie based cooking ideas out there. Your site is wonderful! Can’t wait to try the Vegan Mushroom Bourguignon, and the hummus … and, well all of these look wonderful.

    Most of the time I use recipes as a starting point and do my own thing. I work full time and I’m just not organized enough to always have everything needed at hand. But the cooking concepts you share are so helpful that I work around them and have created some pretty marvelous meals, if I do say so myself. And the family is happy, so that’s a good sign!
