Yummy! Lots of goodies! I wanna give these a try, but they may have to wait….my coach has a theory that my stomach upsetting on every workout is because I am eating too many vegetables….how is that possible?! :p Either way, I have to cut back until my race next weekend or my 1:13 goal will slip away 🙁 Have a wonderful Saturday!

Thanks so much for including my Roasted Cauliflower Salad in this week’s picks. Even though I’m a huge cauliflower fan, truthfully I was blown away by how good this was! (Two words: Feta Cheese!)
