Ingredients

long grain white rice
Zest of 1 orange

Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a pot.
Grate the orange. Whisk ingredients together well.
Put the pot over the stove to boil, stirring occasionally to make sure the rice doesn't stick to the bottom.
When it starts to thicken, stir continuously until rice is cooked. It will take 20-30 minutes.
Serve warm with more cinnamon sprinkled on top.
Notes
This recipe yields approximately 4 cups of rice pudding. One serving is ½ cup.
