Instructions
Put chickpeas in a blender. Mix slightly, adding some cooking water.
Add the tahini, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, and salt. Continue mixing, gradually adding the olive oil to attain a smooth, creamy texture.
Serve with vegetables or crackers.
