Veggie Scrambled Eggs

Because there are so many ways to prepare eggs, there is always something for everyone! Scrambled eggs remain an indestructible classic—so simple to make and yet so easy to overlook. A minute of cooking too much, a fire a little too strong and that’s it; the scrambled eggs become dry and overcooked.

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp cream
  • ¼ cup kale, chopped
  • pepper
  • salt


  1. Break the eggs into a bowl, cut the yolks with a fork, and scramble them lightly.
  2. Melt the butter in a small pan. Once hot, pour in eggs, cream, kale, pepper, and salt.
  3. Cook on very low heat, turning constantly. As soon as they are cooked, serve immediately.
