I love your recipes but why do most of them involve processed carbs? Panko Crusted Green Beans? Cherry Tomato Ricotta Tart ? Sweet & Spicy Tempeh Sandwich with Sunflower Aioli? I don’t mind fruits and veggies with natural carbs/fiber. If Im alone in this then just ignore me. Im just voicing my thoughts. No complaint, just question. Thanks!

We try to keep things reasonable, and to share a variety of recipes to suit different vegetarian diets, but everyone has different needs, so not every recipe will be suitable for everyone. Thanks for your thoughts and we’ll take them into consideration!
