I just added sriracha to my soup that I’m eating as I go through email. Imagine my horror when you mentioned a shortage! The homemade looks amazing. I may just have to give that a go pretty soon!

Suffering under the almost permanent Sriracha shortage we endure in England, my one-pot-one-hour parter uncharacteristically took it upon himself to make his own using the pretty basic America’s Test Kitchen recipe. AMAZE-BALLS!! And with no added gunk. Converted.
