I know! Some cuisines take really well to vegetarianizing (okay, not a word, I know) and I think Indian food is one of them. Plus, there are so many dishes that are vegetarian to begin with. 🙂

Um, my eyes are a little appalled at the UNNECESSARY foul language I just had to read by clicking thru to that popsicle recipe. REALLY?! People talk like that on FOOD blogs??? I’m kind of disgusted right now.
