Thanks for sharing it! I used to make my own meatless jambalaya with a store-bought mix when I was in college and it’s definitely time for me to try making it from scratch. 🙂

Oh boy. My balls! Yay! Thanks so much for including them. And I have to try that pizza! Maybe it’ll get me to like quinoa. 🙂 Though I’m more interested in finding something that would make me like veggies. Do you have any veggie recipes for veggie haters? Help! Please? 😀

I’m kind of that way about fruit. I don’t HATE fruit, but I’m just not that into it. The only way I can really get myself to eat it on a regular basis is if I use it in smoothies. But somehow I don’t think that would work for veggies… 🙂

I think I just now realized how people can sound surprised when they ask, “You don’t like vegetables?!”

You don’t like FRUIT?! It’s so sweet and perfect. At least you do smoothies. And veggies. 🙂

I have to puree my veggies to get them down and even then I gag. I did try a veggie smoothie once and that just… no.

Well, like I said, it’s not that I don’t LIKE fruit, it’s just so meh to me. I would pick Brussels sprouts over any fruit any day of the week. I try really hard to make myself eat it more often, but I wish it came naturally to me. :/
