Every Saturday, we highlight some of our favorite submissions from Potluck. Here are this week’s picks:

Chickpea Blini with Hummus and Mushrooms // A classy little appetizer for New Year’s Eve, made with chickpea flour! Get the recipe from Delicious Everyday →

Vegan Cheese Logs // If the chickpea blinis weren’t enough, impress your friends by making cheese logs with cashews or macadamia nuts. Just like your grandma used to make — minus the dairy. Get the recipe from The Vedge →

Peruvian Chocolate Quinoa Pudding // If you like rice or tapioca pudding, you’ll love this version made with quinoa! Get the recipe from Provecho Peru →

Clean Eating Baked Spinach Feta Dip // It’s cheesy, it’s warm and melty because it’s baked, but Greek yogurt makes it a little bit lighter than the original. Get the recipe from iFOODreal →

Butternut Squash Soup with Smoked Gouda and Spicy Chickpeas // It hasn’t snowed yet here in Chicago and the weather is unusually warm, but I want to whip up a batch of this soup and pretend it’s winter. Get the recipe from Rhubarbarians →

Mango Sriracha Hummus // Because sweet and spicy is the best combination! Get the recipe from Sweet Little Kitchen →

Oh my gosh thanks for the feature! The weather here is about 10 degrees warmer than usual too, but you should totally try the soup!
