Last week’s winner was the Sweet Onion Casserole. I changed the recipe from the original and used smoked Swiss cheese in it–oh, it was good! I put some extra parsley on top because my plant has finally started producing after 4 months of barely hanging in there. I will post this recipe in the near future, so check back for it!
This week’s menu is a little different than most because my family is going to be visiting us (all the way from Illinois!) from Friday to Sunday. I wanted to cook for them at least one night, but I really have no idea what my brothers eat besides Taco Bell and Hot Pockets. (Isn’t that what people in their early 20s eat? It is, right? Oh, and maybe ramen too?)
