I hope you all had a fabulous weekend! We finally got the rest of the fans and light fixtures installed this weekend, which is a good feeling. Because, you know, light is kind of important.
Monday: Bourbon-Mango Slow Cooker Baked Beans + Smoked Tomato Field Roast
I was so enamored with the Bourbon Mango sauce I made for the Bourbon-Mango Pulled Summer Squash Sandwiches that I decided to try making baked beans with it. I have a feeling it’s going to be good.
Tuesday: Mystery Meal!
My husband has a dinner meeting with a client, so it didn’t seem worth planning a meal. I’ll probably have leftover baked beans and something else.
Wednesday: Garlic Rosemary Oven Fries + Smoked Tomato Field Roast
The Field Roast is leftover from Monday. We haven’t had this one before, but I’ve never met a Field Roast product that I didn’t love.
Thursday: Szechuan Dan Dan Noodles
Peanut butter? Cashews? Miso? Together? YUM!
Friday: Leftover Dan Dan Noodles
Saturday: Going out to eat
Groupon has been good to us lately, so I think we’ll probably go to a local burrito place where we have a $8 for $16 coupon.
Sunday: Whatever looks good at the farmers market…
I’m thinking corn pizza? I have a recipe that I make every summer with corn and roasted poblano peppers. It’s kind of our summertime tradition now–gotta make that pizza at least once every summer.
