I’ve decided to start participating in Menu Plan Monday. We already plan our meals in advance anyway, so why not share them with the world? Monday – Jalfrezi Curry Simmer Sauce with Roasted Onions, Cauliflower & Chickpeas, served with paratha bread
Tuesday – Seitan Satay with Peanut Sauce and Roasted Baby Bok Choy
Wednesday – Whole wheat pasta with Dave’s Gourmet Masala Marinara Sauce and roasted veggies
Thursday – Sonic (well! I have a free tater tots coupon from my birthday that I still need to use!)
Friday – Dr. Praeger’s California Burgers, served with Spicy Potato Wedges
Saturday – Going out to eat!
Sunday – Senegalese Peanut Soup
