This easy-to-use grater and slicer makes prepping veggies effortless. I was able to use T-fal’s Grate and Slice Set for hard and soft cheeses, potatoes, veggies like carrots and cabbage, and fruits like apples. I can’t live without this set now! It has made cooking so much quicker and easier. Field Roast Chao Slices

I’m not normally a big fan of store-bought vegan cheese, but I am a fan of every Field Roast product I’ve tried, so when they came out with sliced vegan cheese, I decided it was worth a shot. I loved it! These slices taste like cheese, they have the texture of cheese, and most importantly, they melt like cheese. I think what impressed me most is that when I melted a slice on a veggie burger and some of it draped over the sides to touch the skillet, it took on that same crispy texture that dairy cheese does when it hits a cooking surface. The creamy original is my favorite flavor, but they’re all good. — Alissa

Brami Snacking Lupini Beans

I grabbed a bag of these in the garlic & herb flavor on a whim when I was looking for a high-protein snack. They’re very flavorful, which I love, have an addictive bite, and are pretty darn nutritious! I took some home and tried them as a salad topper, which was also awesome. — Alissa
