We are total bar addicts around here. They make a great breakfast on-the-go, you can keep them in your purse for a mid-day snack, they store well in desk drawers for emergencies. This is one of our fave finds of the year—chickpea pasta! The texture is a little denser than the original and the flavor is slightly nutty, but in a really, really good way. Each serving of Banza has double the protein, four times the fiber, and half the net carbs of traditional pasta. It comes in a wide variety of shapes and we’ve used it in a lot of different ways with success—from simple stovetop pasta dinners to baked casseroles to salads.

Do you ever skip drying herbs and lettuce because you’re in a hurry? (Guilty.) It always seems like a good idea at the time, but when you’re chopping that soggy pile of cilantro, you immediately regret your decision. We love this new salad spinner from Zyliss because it dries faster than any other salad spinner we’ve tried (removing 25% more water!)—and because instead of a string, this spinner uses a lever, making it much easier to use. The small size is perfect for those of us who lack storage in the kitchen.
