Video: Easy Asparagus Pasta

This creamy green sauce is made from spinach and pureed in the blender. The result is a creamy, garlicky, pesto with a bit of cheese and salt. The springy pasta has a bright flavor and beautiful green color.

Toss with sun-dried tomatoes and grilled asparagus. Serve with a baguette and shredded cheese on top. Voila!
