New Oh My Veggies Facebook Page (+ $100 Whole Foods Gift Card Giveaway!)

Oh My Veggies on Facebook
Oh My Veggies has a new page on Facebook! I’m going to keep the old one up for a while, but it’ll be deleted eventually. So if you want to continue to get Oh My Veggies updates via Facebook, be sure to like my new page.

I know I’ve pretty much neglected Facebook since launching my blog and I feel bad about that. I do! So I’m going to make a real effort to do more with my new page–my goal is to give it more of a community feel. Have questions about a recipe? Need some Meatless Monday tips? Want to share a picture of one of your own favorite vegetarian meals? Feel free to post on the OMV wall!

Whole Foods Gift Card
To celebrate the new Facebook page launch (and yes, in a cynical attempt to get all of you to switch to the new page), I’m doing a series of Facebook-only giveaways this summer featuring some of my favorite things. You know, like Oprah does, except none of you are getting a car. (Sorry.) The first giveaway is for a $100 gift card to Whole Foods. The entry form is in a tab on my Facebook page and yes, you can only access it if you like my page first. Clever, huh?

I did, but after I changed the name of my blog in April, Facebook wouldn’t let me change the name of my page. They said it would “mislead” people. ?! So unfortunately, it was either keep the old page (which was confusing everyone since it had a different name) or start a new one. :( But anyway, thanks for liking my page!
