Once a month, we round-up some of our favorite vegetarian foods and kitchen tools and share them with you here on the Marketplace. Here are this month’s picks! (Note that we received samples for review on products marked with an asterisk.)

San Francisco Salt Company Sherpa Pink Himalayan Salt*

Raw Himalayan salt is rich in nutrients and minerals, and these nutrients and minerals are easily absorbed in the body and utilized on a cellular level. Pink Himalayan salt re-mineralizes the body with minerals and traces elements essential to our well-being. I use this salt on homemade sweet potato fries, in my fresh guacamole, and with literally everything else. This salt adds that delicious flavor we all crave, but it’s much healthier than table salt. — Kate

While these zesty chips taste just like Doritos, they’re actually way healthier (and even better in my opinion). The se chips are organic, vegan, gluten free, non-GMO, and they’re made with clean ingredients like req quinoa and chia seeds. These chips are a must-have at any gathering, or any time you’re dipping chips in anything. — Kate

 T-Fal Grate and Slice Set*

This easy-to-use grater and slicer makes prepping veggies effortless. I was able to use T-fal’s Grate and Slice Set for hard and soft cheeses, potatoes, veggies like carrots and cabbage, and fruits like apples. I can’t live without this set now! It has made cooking so much quicker and easier. Use the slicer attachment to Confit Biyardi, also known as Remy’s Ratatouille from Disney/Pixar’s RatatouilleIt’s originally from Thomas Keller’s The French Laundry Cookbookand while it’s a lot of work, it’s so amazing.— Kate

Field Roast Chao Slices

I’m not normally a big fan of store-bought vegan cheese, but I am a fan of every Field Roast product I’ve tried, so when they came out with sliced vegan cheese, I decided it was worth a shot. I loved it! These slices taste like cheese, they have the texture of cheese, and most importantly, they melt like cheese. I think what impressed me most is that when I melted a slice on a veggie burger and some of it draped over the sides to touch the skillet, it took on that same crispy texture that dairy cheese does when it hits a cooking surface. The creamy original is my favorite flavor, but they’re all good. — Alissa

Brami Snacking Lupini Beans

I grabbed a bag of these in the garlic & herb flavor on a whim when I was looking for a high-protein snack. They’re very flavorful, which I love, have an addictive bite, and are pretty darn nutritious! I took some home and tried them as a salad topper, which was also awesome. — Alissa
