Ideas for Fall on Oh My Veggies
It’s easy to get in a cooking rut during fall and winter. Or, at least, for me it is. It’s hard to go from summer, when so much is in season, to fall, when your options are a little more limited. Fall is a busy time too, so you start relying on the same rotation of easy meals and cooking starts to feel like a chore. Yup, been there, done that.

I’ve been meaning to create recipe lists for each season to link in my sidebar for over a year now, but I never got around to it. Until now! I’ve listed ingredients that are in season during fall and also included some other resources for seasonal cooking, like casserole recipes and links to relevant pinboards, too. So if you’re like me and you find yourself getting in a cooking rut around this time of year, here’s some recipe inspiration!

    I love this list! It’s great to see a wide variety of Fall dishes that are all vegetarian! Makes it so easy AND fun to sort through. I think I wanna try the vegetarian meatloaf. That sounds so yummy!

    So much yum, it’s like a yum overload!! Fall is totally my favorite food season, this all looks incredibly delicious, I want to make it all!! I posted your Pumpkin Spice Breakfast Shake on Facebook a few weeks ago and a few people told me they made it and loved it!! I can’t wait to try it out myself, I spend so much time trying to make new recipes, I sometimes wish I could just spend a week making all of yours!!

    Oh, I looove this post! I feel like I’ve been lacking in fall inspiration for our meals. (Other than pumpkin, of course.) I don’t really know what’s in season (clearly I haven’t been to the farmer’s market lately) and it seems like a lot of easy, comfort foods/casseroles don’t have any veggies in them. Pinning this post – thanks!
